By accessing or using the FoodSync web application, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must create an account to use most features of FoodSync. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When you place an order through FoodSync, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices for menu items are determined by the respective restaurants and are subject to change. Delivery fees and taxes will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant begins preparing your food. Once food preparation has started, orders are final. Refunds for missing items, incorrect orders, or major delays will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our Help Center.
You agree not to use FoodSync for any unlawful purpose, to harass drivers or restaurant staff, or to attempt to bypass our security systems or exploit our infrastructure.
